GETTING CREATIVE IN THE CARIBBEAN

A hidden gem nestled into the stunning west coast of Saint Lucia, this highly individual 5-star hotel and marina complex required a complete strategic and creative overhaul. It was a tough job, but someone had to do it.

 

From the moment we set foot in this idyllic Caribbean property, we were overwhelmed by its magic. The boutique hotel boasts one of the finest locations on the island, on the edge of the well known ‘hurricane hole’, its namesake Marigot Bay.  

 

Creatively stuck in the 80s, we sympathetically rebranded St Lucia’s best kept secret, bringing all its fine attributes to the surface for all to see, and positioning it as the exclusive hideaway it truly is.

 

The project started with brand identity and developed on to online, advertising and literature, right through to staff uniforms, on-site signage and colour palettes and even individual room keys. No aspect of the customer journey was left untouched, to ensure a seamless and consistent brand delivery that reflected the real essence of Marigot Bay.
