NEW LOOK FOR NEW HOMES

A bespoke, luxury waterfront development called for a totally bespoke brand identity and marketing strategy, so Redrow called bluesky.

With arguably the most fashionable postcode outside of London and in a rare waterfront location, the name of this Redrow Homes’ development could be none other than ‘Lymington Shores’. The home of Ben Ainslie, three-times Olympic gold medallist, the town has a clear sailing fraternity appeal, attracting seasoned yacht owners and London-commuting, wannabe sailors alike. With this in mind our look and feel fused high-end fashion with a nautical twist, using flowing lines and rich blues, along with lifestyle imagery conjuring up relaxed, sunny days by the water. Our leading lady wears sunglasses, in which the reflection of the development can be seen. A location shoot provided supporting imagery of the town and views.

In print, the brochures were designed to reflect the luxury positioning of the properties, using the highest quality stock with a gentle, shimmering finish and pearlescent foiled branding. Comms also included press advertising, a microsite, 3D floorplans, internal and external photo-realistic CGIs and fly-throughs and launch events.

Lymington Shores is just one of many bespoke developments that have been branded and marketed by the bluesky team. Others include Ferrer’s Park, Elements at South Cerney and Amberley Waterfront W2.

"They always hit the nail on the head when answering a brief, always bend over backwards, they never miss a deadline and never go over budget. What more can I say? Oh, and Steve lets me beat him at golf!"
