When approached by super-fit, Olympic decathlete Sir Daley Thompson CBE and pole vaulter Kate Staples (also ‘Zodiac’ from the 90s TV show, Gladiators) to help them with their fitness camp concept, we jumped to it!

As a pretty fitness-focused team here at bluesky, we’re as passionate as Kate and Daley are about getting the nation fitter and healthier. Designing and writing material aimed at encouraging more sport and athletics participation through schools, and using the great outdoors as an inspiring place for all ages, shapes and sizes to exercise, felt more like a personal mission than work. 

The brand’s people-focused approach has been developed from Kate and Daley’s own personal, results-driven journeys. Let’s face it, it worked for them right?!
