In our Element with the

new Redrow brochure

Working with lakeside properties as original and desirable as Redrow's exclusive ‘Elements’ development at South Cerney in the Cotswolds certainly makes our job of creating luxurious literature a lot easier.

The individual new homes being built by Redrow South West are designed to make a lifestyle statement in a ‘Cotswold stone meets boathouse’ kind of way. It was essential for the promotional brochure to capture the elegance and serenity of the location, whilst reinforcing the ingenuity of the architect’s great use of space, light and build materials. The imposing A3 landscape format was a natural choice, allowing us to present breathtaking, panoramic views of the lake and dramatic internal views of the open plan living spaces, created using a combination of lakeside location shoots and CGIs drawn up from architect’s plans.

Our selection of Curious Andina Grey stock for the cover of the case bound book and coordinating slip case simulates the mellow tones and dry, tactile feel of Cotswold stone perfectly. Elegant, debossed foiling of the development and brand name on the covers presents a simple, understated exterior which then heightens the impact of the imagery within.

This is one of many bespoke development projects where we provide a full turn-key service including branding, planning application visualisation documents, consumer brochure design, copy writing, artwork for print, CGI production, photography, video, creation of floorplans (2D and 3D) fly-throughs, site hoardings and signage, advertising and website design.
