Name creation, brand building, campaign writing and customer comms design and production for home products has become quite a speciality of ours, in particular for KBB. Not forgetting all things digital that are now an essential part of the marketing mix.
We’ve been creating and developing kitchens and cabinetry brands since the early noughties, for most of the leading players including DIYs, merchants, manufacturers and high street independents. We’ve moved with the changing trends and have helped establish new ones, understanding inherently what makes a kitchen customer tick.
The emergence of the ‘must-have’ island, the evolution in cabinet making techniques, the innovations in styles and finishes, the revolution in installation methods and the awakened obsession with appliances and interiors; we’ve seen it all. Consumers, too, have become much more savvy. They know what they want in design and functionality and expect it all to work seamlessly and logically from conception to installation, using all the inspiration stimulus and digital visualisation tools now at their fingertips. So as a product brand or retailer, to do well in this sector you just have to get a few things right — product position/brand, communication and customer journey — oh, and of course build quality and price, which is over to you.
