When recruitment specialists Merston Peters chose bluesky to help them do just that, we went right back to basics and uncovered the true personalities of the people behind their brand. Having been established in the world of high-end agricultural recruitment for 28 years, we discovered that the owners Martin and Shaun were as well reputed in their tight-knit industry as the company itself. Renowned for their dapper style, in-depth market knowledge and sense of humour, we set out to reflect all of these attributes in their website design and functionality.

With so many of us now browsing sites on tablets and smart phones, it was also crucial to design the site as ‘responsive’ to deliver optimum viewing and the very best user experience whatever the device. And for a company whose business is all about people, we felt it was important to capture the essence of Martin’s and Shaun’s personalities on video – great for SEO too.
